I would like to say that they have been a dream to work with. The two owners, Jason Lund, and Matt Thomas, have totally exceeded the expectations I had, when I got started on this project. They always paid great attention to the details, and kept me informed of any problems they were having with the subcontractors.

They did a great job, at coming up with a cost breakdown for me to submit to the bank for my construction loan. And they have been really good, at supplying all the paper work, I have needed to submit to the bank, to make draws on my construction loan.

By looking at the finished product, you can really tell that they take pride in their work, and they wont rest until it is done right. I have been 100% satisfied with the job they have done for me. They built a beautiful home for me, and I wouldn’t even think about using a different contractor in the future.
